Bullwinkle was lucky to scrape through in another closely fought match against The Gap. The five games that held their evaluation finished 3-2 in Bullwinkle’s favour, but the remaining two spun wildly under time pressure. Jacob Edwards and Halim Nataprawira were both losing for Bullwinkle, yet salvaged (a little shamefacedly) a draw and a win respectively. Thus, a looming 3-4 loss blossomed into unlikely victory!
No milestones of significance, but Halim played his first long game for the club in seven years, and Lavinia her first at any time control in that period.
